ShiZen Tea's Japanese Sencha Green Tea

Sencha is a type of Japanese green tea that is steamed, rolled, and dried into loose leaf tea. It is a very unique way of making tea that only Japan makes the teas this way. Japanese green tea is harvested maximum 4 times per year during each season and spring tea is considered the highest valued tea in Japan.
