This matcha will be a drinking grade matcha that is the blend of summer and spring matcha. It will be from the Shizuoka prefecture and it can be used in many ways such as simply drinking it straight, using it for lattes, and mixing with yogurt/ice cream. 

Raku means easy, comfortable, or ease and this matcha is meant to be used daily that is easy to consume.
