Having endured the harsh winter, these tea leaves store a concentration of the earth’s nutrients, giving them a flavor that is both deep and exceptionally clear.
We travel to tea-growing regions across Japan, visiting the farms ourselves. What we encounter there are teas that cannot be described simply as “delicious.” They are a beautiful fusion of the region’s unique character—its terroir—and the meticulous handwork of the grower.
