Truly refreshing Sakura Komachi, the cherry blossom matcha, sparkling tea. Perfect on a hot summer day. In our recipe there is no sweetener used, please add your preferable sweetener (organic sugar, honey, etc.) if necessary. You can also use the Organic Matcha as a alternative for Sakura Komachi.
What you need will be as follows:
1. Sakura Komachi/Organic Matcha 1g (one fifth of tea spoon)
2. Sparkling water (12 fl oz, 350ml)
3. Water 30ml, 1 fl oz
5. Glass cup
