This is Kagoshima grown sencha, Okumidori, coated with Matcha.  When you infuse you will have a beautiful green color along with the pleasant matcha aroma. Okumidori is one of our most popular sencha that we sell in Japan. It wll have pleasant umami and little roasted scent. Great combination with matcha.
