Organic Houjicha Stem Powder Texture

The Sweetness of Spring, Wrapped in a Roast.

Many perceive "Houjicha" simply as a brown, roasted tea. However, this powder quietly overturns that concept.

Containing Organic stems from the first flush (spring harvest), this powder hides an surprisingly elegant sweetness within its roasted aroma. It is a transparent taste that only "stems," not leaves, can express.

Tea Master at Meiko Tea Industry

Craftsmanship of Meiko Tea Industry

Behind this exceptional flavor is Meiko Tea Industry (茗広茶業), a renowned tea factory in Shizuoka honored with the prestigious Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award.

Their philosophy is "roasting that brings the tea to life, not just burning it." They carefully roast the high-quality organic stems to preserve the rich umami, suppressing astringency to the limit.

Your Daily Ritual

The 100g package is designed for daily use.
Whisk it into a morning latte or mix it into weekend baking.
Experience the warm silence and relief it brings to your busy days.

Why "Stem" Powder?
